Celebrating my friendship with Ong Claudia! I got to know Claudia from a gym about 7 years ago. We hardly spoke initially as our workout schedules were different. She was the one who broke the ice with a very warm “hello”. Later, I got to know she is an insurance agent. Subsequently, we hung out often and more so when we were preparing for our Hyrox race. We are both moms (she has 4 kids btw!) and share the same passion for exercise, something that is crucially important especially for women at our age, to safeguard against bone density issues and broken bones in a fall. “We have to build muscles around our joints” has always been my motto. Always first a friend and then a completely dependable insurance agent. She is the most hardworking friend / agent I know and she serves with a full heart.
