Started with just another agent to sell you things . But as my life started to get difficult and started business after losing my job , she was still there ! I got to know Claudia from a gym about 7 years ago. We hardly spoke initially as our workout schedules were different. She was the one who broke the ice with a very warm “hello”. Later, I got to know she is an insurance agent. Subsequently, we hung out often and more so when we were preparing for our Hyrox race.
We are both moms (she has 4 kids btw!) and share the same passion for exercise, something that is crucially important especially for women at our age, to safeguard against bone density issues and broken bones in a fall. “We have to build muscles around our joints” has always been my motto.
Always first a friend and then a completely dependable insurance agent. She is the most hardworking friend / agent I know and she serves with a full heart. Because I exercise frequently and often quite clumsily, a personal accident plan became a must-have. When I needed help, Claudia is always just a phone call away. She dealt with all my claims super efficiently. When it came to contentious ones, she never shied away and followed up so closely and answered all the difficult questions on my behalf that I hardly needed to do anything but just wait for the $ to come in. The assurance and confidence she gave me when managing my policies and claims is really priceless.
